On May 2, 2009, members of the MidSouth Garrison converged on the Mall in Clarksville, TN for a special Make a Wish fundraiser. From 12 noon to 4PM we took pictures with kids and fans for a $5 donation to Make a Wish. Members also donated Star Wars toys for a raffle that all funds also were pooled to Make A Wish as well. We had our local MAW Director of Program Services and 3 volunteers to help us out. One of the volunteers is a former MAW recipient and curently is in college.

We are looking into granting a local wish ourself or joining with the former MAW girl to grant a wish together.
